RESERVATIONS AND POLICIES
Rate: $110 per night plus tax
Price is based on double occupancy and includes:
- Full breakfast
- Private bath
- Cable TV/DVD/VCR
- Concierge Service
- Luxury linens
- Hairdryer
- Snacks and complimentary sodas and bottled water
- Guest refrigerator, use of microwave
- Ironing board and iron available
- Use of common areas, grounds, front porch
- Air conditioning on the 2nd floor
- The first floor is comfortably cool most of the summer
- Queen beds
The home is non-smoking. However, smoking is allowed on the covered porch if other non-smoking guests are not present.
The home is appointed to accommodate adults only.
Convenient to transportation to and from PDX HUT Shuttle and to The Amtrak Railway Station.
Discounts for 3 nights or more.

Credit card or personal check for 20% will hold your room. There is a 20% fee for cancellations received after 72 hours.
Check in 4:00 – 6:00 PM or by prior arrangement. Check-out by 11:00 AM.
