The first floor is comfortably cool most of the summer.
Gracie, the Boston Terrier, says this is her territory and she won't allow pets. I'd argue with her but she's an accommodating little dog about every thing else.
The home is non-smoking. However, smoking is allowed on the covered porch if other non-smoking guests are not present.
The home is appointed to accommodate adults only.
